1. Acceptance of Terms & Permitted Usage

Iditioning provides a free, browser-based utility for comparing spreadsheet files (.xlsx, .xls, .csv, .tsv, .ods). The service is made available for personal, educational, professional, and enterprise usage.

You agree to use Iditioning only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use this application to process malicious payloads or attempt to bypass web application security mechanisms.

2. Zero Server Uploads & Client-Side Execution

Iditioning operates entirely within your web browser. All file parsing, data alignment, cell comparisons, and PDF generation execute locally using client-side JavaScript and Web Workers. No file data is uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Because all processing occurs on your local hardware, you retain full ownership, custody, and responsibility for the spreadsheet files you compare, as well as the security of your local environment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, user interface designs, visual layouts, graphics, logos, domain names, and custom comparison algorithms defining the Iditioning web application are the exclusive intellectual property of Iditioning and its creator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform via standard web browsers. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, or redistribute the application codebase or brand assets without explicit written permission.

4. Voluntary Contributions & Payment Terms

Iditioning is provided as a free tool. Users may choose to make voluntary financial contributions ('Support Iditioning') to help cover server hosting, domain registration, and ongoing software development costs.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Monthly subscription contributions can be canceled at any time using the subscription management link provided in your Stripe email receipt.
• Voluntary contributions do not grant equity, ownership, or exclusive commercial control over the platform.
• Iditioning remains fully functional for all users regardless of contribution status.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Audit Accuracy

Iditioning is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we take extreme care to ensure accurate matrix alignment and discrepancy detection, we do not guarantee that comparison results will be 100% error-free in every edge-case file format. Users are strongly advised to independently verify critical financial or legal figures before relying on audit reports for decision-making.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iditioning and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity) resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Iditioning following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
